Amy Derethik

For the past 20 years Amy Derethik has worked tirelessly to drive educational reform through a hands-on approach to teacher effectiveness and student learning. In her current role as International Senior Director of Curriculum and Content Amy leads a team of educational innovators that daily coach and support school leaders and teachers across the globe. Amy is a relationship builder and believes that the only way significant change occurs is through a long-term commitment to system wide reform. Her ability to be agile in her approaches ensures all of her educational partners across the globe are met where they are and empowered to achieve results through authentic relationship building and clear vision and strategy. Amy is a teacher’s teacher and leader’s leader, nothing is too much trouble and she thrives in opportunities to solve complex educational obstacles.
